But Another Challenge
I wrote this poem to express my feelings about COVID-19 and the pandemic going on right now. It gives an insight into my perspective of the current situation of the world. I hope you find it worth a read!
Black Lives Matter
The world seems broken right now. I can’t pretend I don’t see everything that is going on. It is not the story of just one country, but the entire world. I’m filled with anger, fear, concern and pity for a world which cannot see every living and breathing person as human. So, here’s to change and speaking up.
Let’s Just Think
This is a poem that I wrote last year, on being assigned the task to write a poem about ‘Whatever Fascinates or Bothers Me the Most’ by my English teacher. Although this wasn’t the very first poem that I wrote, it did build a fresh fondness for poetry in me.
